GOMA-CAT, the Gulf of Mexico Alliance (GOMA) Monitoring Programs and Metadata Catalog, by the Water Institute at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in collaboration with the Geological Survey of Alabama. Funding for the project is being provided by a 2017 grant from the Gulf Star Program. Development guidance comes from the Gulf of Mexico Alliance Data & Monitoring Priority Issue Team.
